By using the YBT – Yuli Bity Tattoo website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.
02Services
The website showcases Yuli Bity's tattoo work and allows you to get in touch to schedule a consultation. Each tattoo is an original design created custom for you.
03Booking
Appointments are made through WhatsApp or direct message on Instagram. Booking is confirmed only after mutual agreement on design, placement, and price. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
04Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellation or no-show may result in deposit forfeiture. Rescheduling is possible in exceptional cases.
05Health and Safety
The studio meets strict hygiene and safety standards. Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions (skin diseases, allergies, pregnancy, medications). Minimum age for tattooing is 18 with valid ID.
06Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on the website are the intellectual property of Yuli Bity. Copying, reproducing, or using website content without prior written permission is prohibited.
07Limitation of Liability
The website is provided as-is. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from website use. Gallery images are for illustration purposes and slight variations may occur in the final result.
08Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
